Al Lalji oversees Enterprise Cloud Connect’s product strategy and roadmap. As founder, he sets the vision for Enterprise Cloud Connect’s product roadmap and technology advancements. Al has more than 20 years of experience in technology management and consulting to Fortune 500, serving leading roles in a variety of business, functional, and technical teams. He has excelled in senior management enterprise roles including Microsoft®, T-Mobile®, Cingular®, McKesson, Toys“R” enjoysUs®, Equifax® and Starbucks®. Al has lived in Africa, London, and Los Angeles, and enjoys his current residence in Kirkland, WA. He holds a master’s degree in information systems and a bachelor’s degree in business, both from Pepperdine University.
Al leads from the front, managing the company’s growth and expansion objectives with delivering excellence in all our customer and user experiences.
Co-Founder and CEO
Andrew Wells has more than 20 years’ experience in IT risk management, business process re-engineering, program management, data warehousing and applications development. Before Kaiser Permanente and JPMorgan Chase, Andrew worked for Barclays International and Abbey Life Insurance(Lloyds of London). Andrew has experience taking consumer banking products as well as implementing Enterprise Scale systems.
Andrew received his formal education in England in Strategy, Banking and Finance from the University of Bournemouth.
VP Sales and Product
Brad Rickman oversees Enterprise Cloud Connect’s sales and operations. With over 20 years of sales and marketing senior leadership, Brad has led the successful launch of new products and sales for six early-stage software technology companies. Today, these companies have a combined market value of over $1 billion. Most recently, Brad was with T-Mobile for six years specializing in growing the channel sales strategies serving T-Mobile’s SMB customer segment. He has vast international experience with ten years of business development in EMEA and APAC. Brad lives in Seattle, WA with his wife and three boys. He enjoys running, water skiing, coaching football and is active in his local church.

VP Finance and Operations
Scott Pfeiffer protects and manages the financial well-being for SmarTek21. As a licensed CPA with over 25 years experience, Scott brings a unique blend of expertise combining Software, Consulting, and Financial activity. Scott joined SmarTek21 with prior experience serving as a CFO for companies in industries such as Software as well as an International Distribution with offices in the U.S., Germany, China & Philippines. Scott graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is an avid sports fan and plays softball on several teams along with spending time with his family.
